  • I would hope this business would run out of customers eventually. I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses and as I sat and waited for my appointment I was in disgust at the way the consultants there dressed. One girl I could see her butt cheeks hanging out of her short dress that looked like she slept in. The manager/owner or whoever he was was absolutely rude. After waiting for a room to open even though I had an appointment for almost an hour I decided to tell them I was leaving and they had terrible customer service. The manager/owner instead of apologizing for the delay, he yelled at us and said "What do you expect! We're busy!" I then continued to tell him that I had an appointment. Never will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I then went to Bow Ties Bridal off of Sunset and Annie Oakley and got the most professional service I could find and found my dress the next day there. CELEBRATIONS BRIDAL SUCKS!!
