  • Winner winner Mac & Cheese for dinner! Papi Queso is where it's at! I don't think I can have another Mac & Cheese anywhere else. What I love about their food is it's simple, nothing fancy. It's just a classic recipe done right with love and attention. The perfect amount of cheese (though there's also no such thing as too much) and an even crisp burn to the bread. Anyone in town MUST try and find the truck and try their food!
