  • NO STARS.... this is the WORST place to purchase a car, let alone a toyota. I was raised around toyota's (grandfather worked for them in Hawaii for over 30 years) and owned many cars, never once had a bad experience. Do NOT go to this place. My wife and i went to our appointment, told the salesman (Damont) our max price , what 2 cars we wanted and what 2 card we were trading in. Also, showed him a promo email for free tint, a trade in min of 4500 no matter the condition AND free registration... he said u can only get one. After reviewing our trades, he gave us the price breakdown. Now why is the price on the sheet a few thousand more than the final sticker price on the car??? Was told that due to an allowed higher trade in value and the tax break, they had to add it to the sale price to make up the difference. So now, based on the out the door price, we decided to only get one car. Why did i have to spend a good 10-15 min explaining our decision. Mind you, they still had our keys (for our 2 cars) and refused to return it. So now with 1 trade in, he came back with a new price sheet. Now, the trade was 1,000 less then the 1st price sheet.... said that becuz we decided to not trade in 2 cars, they had to give us the actual trade value. Keep in mind, they still had our cars/keys, didnt offer a test drive yet and we've been here for 4 hours. After all is said and done (6hrs later), we signed the dotted line and my wife drove off with her new car. We will NEVER return to this place. We'll drive to henderson or even drive to another state before even thinking of coming back here. On the promo.... we ended up getting the free registration. Was told that they can register it, with a fee or we can do it ourself and just bring the receipt for a refund. I ended up doing it, returned with the receipt and "Damont" tells me, "i dont know what your talking about. We pay it IF we do it." I had to speak with the finance manager to get reimbursed.
