  • Nice wide selection and some good deals and some that are not as good. Got some nice goodies before for good prices like the white ranger movie toy with zord from McDonald's in package and got two neca predators here in great condition and even lower price than toys r us. Would have given a higher rating but recently I called in about a donatello stunt rider toy I had in packaging but the packaging had some damage and I told rogue that but regardless the male person I was speaking on the phone to told me they really like ninja turtles toys and asked me to bring it in to see if we can deal. Came in today and the lady I spoke to passed on it because of the damage on the top of the box. No big deal but I wish they were consistent and told me that on the phone instead of me wasting my time to come there. I disclosed the damage on the box so it's not like it was a surprise or something I hid from them. I was hoping to walk out with AT LEAST two more neca predators, one bought with my money and the other paid for or mostly paid for by the donatello stunt rider. Was disappointed so I didn't even buy one neca predator even though I really wanted one. Store is far from my job and home so I will come in again but won't be for a while since I need to cool off a bit, and won't try to do any deals on any toys I have since the staff are not on the same page on the phone and in person. Pros: some stuff is priced lower than toys r us Knowledgeable staff Rewards program Cons: if it's at Walmart or target or another big brand store you're better off price wise getting it at that big brand store instead of rogue Inconsistent staff appraisal on merchandise
