  • Went in last Friday. Gave our order of 4 bagels with cream cheese, 4 coffees at 11:22AM. At 11:44 no food, no coffee. I finally went up and asked to speak to the manager. I explained that we have been waiting 22 minutes, yet the 4 other customers who were behind us have been served. Unacceptable by my standards.
