I have not been to the shop in person, but they were wonderful over the phone for delivery. If you are delivering to a patient at the Cleveland Clinic, they only need the patient's name. The bouquet I saw on their website was not available, but I chose a similar one for the same price. Though the flowers in the bouquet I ended up ordering were slightly different (just daisies) from the one I originally requested (daisies and roses), they arranged the replacement bouquet exactly like the original, without being asked. Very pleasant experience!
