  • As a follow up. I received a reply to my review saying that they would like to hear from me about the problems that I had. Well, I responded to the person that sent the response, provided her with my phone number and requested that she call me any time to discuss the matter. Consistent with my previous contact with this company I have not received any call. I guess they really aren't interested in what happened or preventing it from happening again.
