My experience with the office staff was extremely frustrating. I made multiple attempts to follow up on a prescription fulfillment, to include leaving messages on the voice mail and with the answering service, that were never returned.
When I finally got through to the office, the line opened without acknowledgement and I heard a discussion between two of the staff members regarding a patient. It was necessary for me to hang up and call back again several times.
When I eventually got through, I was given assurance my prescription was sent to the pharmacy - but it was not. It's now the weekend, so I will have to go through the frustration again on Monday. Very dissatisfied...
