  • Not sure why I had to call the front desk to get shampoo and conditioner... I've never stayed at a hotel where it wasn't already in the room. It took 30+ minutes. Also, this whole hotel smells like smoke. Supposedly a "non smoking hotel". I'm really sensitive to smoke, and it smells like smoke. Disappointing stay.
