| - I visited the Apple Store at Fashion Show mall to find out what has been taking up all of my storage space on my Macbook Pro.
When I first walked in, my boyfriend & I started to look around for a bit. There were many employees available who weren't busy with other customers, yet no one approached us to ask if we needed any help, which I thought was peculiar. I noticed 2-4 employees talking to each other rather than interacting with customers. However, when I asked one of them for assistance, he politely directed me to schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar.
For the issue I had with my device, I was lucky to secure a slot that only required me to wait for 2 hours, so I was able to kill time by walking around the mall. When I received the text message saying that it was my turn, I checked in with an associate & sat down for about 5-10 minutes before another employee tended to my technological needs.
I had the pleasure to have been assisted by an employee named Kyle. He did a terrific job in solving my storage issues on my laptop! He solved the problem within 10 minutes, & I have 37GB free of 120GB, which is way more than what I had prior to the visit to the Apple Store. In addition, this employee is ridiculously polite & patient!!
When I'm impressed with customer service, I make sure I know people's names, & I definitely couldn't leave without remembering his. If you need assistance with repairing or running diagnostics on your Apple devices & happen to schedule an appointment, request Kyle!! (Look for the guy with an orange beard, & if you're lucky, he may also be wearing an Irish flat cap.)
