  • Worst experience. Lowe's used them for our tile install. They did everything wrong. Tiles are uneven & all of them are flaking. Sealant wasn't done properly & also caused haze on all the tiles.The grout is stained & has holes. They damaged our carpet. They said all work would be completed in a few hours(Lowes told us the same thing) & that our house would be ready for the holiday. It actually took four days to be done, plus 1 more day for someone to try to fix what they did wrong (it wasn't fixed well & looked even worse the next day) and our house looked terrible for the holiday. We've had to spend hundreds of dollars and lots of time trying to fix the damage they did to the tiles & they still look awful. Also, Lowe's installation manager backs them up & said they do good work. I hope they all have tiles that look like ours, and experience the frustration, waste of time & expense that we've had.
