  • When I am working on concert productions nearby on another property, while most of the crew will bring lunch, head to McDonalds or use catering if the band provides it, I like stepping away from the production, sitting at the bar, watching the chefs make pizza in a wood fire oven and ordering a nice lunch or dinner. Sometimes I will take a crew member or two with me. Last Saturday I had the Italian Chopped Salad with some hot bread. His the spot and priced right. I am told they have a great happy hour. I will have to check that out when I am not working.
