  • Sadly they lost a well established customer today. I've been going there for over 3 years and took my show dog to be groomed by the "certified" sporting breed groomer at 8 am with the understanding I needed him back by 12:30. Not only did they charge me an extra $10 for an express fee but his groom was horrible. Ears hacked and not fixable till the fur has grown back out. Sad when you're waking into a show ring in 3 hours. I've sent them 5 new clients, spend well over $100 when I go in most times. More than willing to pay this for a decent groom.This is not good customer service to a good client. A friend also went there recently and did a self groom only to hear the groomers talking negatively about different clients. DO NOT go here unless you want to be overcharged ,they don't call it Million Dollar Dog for nothing,and talked about in a negative fashion...
