  • I feel like it is super important to review businesses that you keep giving your business too to let other people know about consistency. That being said I come to this particular Goodyear/ Superior Tire exclusively based on their work and how they treat me. All the mechanics are very friendly and are always more than happy to help, but my personal favorite is Kris Taylor, the store manager. Every time I come in for work he greets me kindly. When I explain to him what is going on with my car he never interrupts and always listens to my concerns. This past Friday I dropped my car off for some work that I knew for a while had to be done. We talked about testing and he would give me a call once he knew what needed to be done. MY car ended up having to stay an additional day, which I had anticipated since this wasn't an easy fix. (One thing I would recommend as a customer to other customers, please do your research on what you might need done and if it seems like a lot of work make time for them to do it. Don't go in there expecting them to do a big job within a few hours! Good work isn't fast and fast work is never good!) They finished the work (which consisted of them dropping the gas tank) mid-Saturday and called me to pick up my car. I arrived, paid and noticed they parked my car in the shade with the windows cracked. Very considerate since it's hot as hell!!! As I got in my car I noticed the plastic housing(?) for my steering column was bolted down all the way. I ran in and asked if someone could just screw it down real quick and before I left the lobby a sweet older gentleman was already on it! This shop is the absolute best! They are always honest and fair with me! I highly recommend them for anything!
