A Vietnamese bartender from The Plaza put me on this place.
I've been here 3-4 times and the sandwiches are great. The bread is super fresh and the combination of flavors is unlike anything I've eaten before. I don't know what all is in the #1, and maybe I don't want to know.
Speaking of which, I can't say I'm a big fan of the nem chua. Fermented pork. Ugh.
