  • I have to express my appreciation for the elevated service I received at First Class Auto Body. I'm usually very timid about taking my car in for any kind of service but I have to say they went above and beyond. The woman that hit my car ironically works for Progressive. Progressive attempted to only approve after market parts for my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. First Class Auto not only communicated this to me but they fought the insurance company to get the correct parts. I picked up my car yesterday and it looks like new. I also received a phone call today from the owner checking in with me. This Auto body shop provides excellent customer service, body work, and honest business. I would suggest First Class Auto to everyone I know! Thank you First Class Auto!
