  • I paid to be a vendor at this event in September of 2017. They not only rescheduled the event to a different date but they never contacted me about it. I found out by looking at the website to see if my ad was up and it wasn't. They canceled my booth and didn't refund me. I have tried to get a hold of them all year but they avoided my emails and calls. It was when I filed a BBB complaint that they replied. I still have not received my refund. This company is a scam. I wish I had seen this article before September 2017 but it only came out February of 2018. https://www.bbb.org/en/us/article/investigations/17083-bbb-warns-vendors-about-ae-group-llcs-last-minute-pet-expo-cancellations Avoid this company by all means.
