  • Update..... it's been a week and half and my box went black. I sent two messages and no answer. I messaged the 24 hour service number last night and no answer. Finally got a hold of someone but Cant get it fixed Monday. Disappointed. :( Initial install - Zack was the best. Dealt with my dogs following him around and explained everything very thoroughly.
