  • Holy balls!!!! Stay away from this place and there rude pansy ass staff Eric our idiot of discussion is the worst shift lead in history let's start with phone call one when I spoke to him originally about not understanding why they were taking money out still I cancelled my account a year ago he calls me a liar by stating I never cancelled we don't have it on file which is oh so convenient for them and that i had to have noticed them taking money out for over a year why am I just now calling as I didn't feel the need to talk to him I told him to cancel the account now and I want my money back I closed my account that's why I haven't stepped foot into your gyms in over a year he said I can cancel the account but I can't give your money back you need to speak to the gm I said ok it was cancelled I let my bank handle getting my money back and didn't call back then they debit my card again I call back I get the same asshole with the extra side of sass You guessed it me Eric so he says I didn't cancel it because I told you if we cancel it you can't get your money back which he never told me they record these calls so I'm sure there's proof at this point he's raised his voice at me and I told him I'm not raising my voice at you your being rude don't raise your voice at me and he says I'm not being rude and that I just need to call back for a manager tomorrow and I said there's never a manager there and he raises his voice again and said that's rude and obviously there's no one there because it's Easter and I'm like I'm not being rude he says oh yeah please I got plenty of notes about your rudeness in the past too and I immediately became rude told him to cancel my account and do his fn job and stop acting like a lil b and he hung up on me so I called back and he pick up the phone and says I have nothing better to do and he refused to close it so then I had to just be petty and blow up there lines from 15 different phones until what I asked for was done why did I have to come so out of character for him to do his min wage job I don't get it anywho my life's mission now seeing as I have nothing better to do is to make sure this man loses his job maybe he'll learn a thing or two about customer service when there some consequences to his Tom foolery
