  • Poor service seems to be a constant at this location. Staff standing around with customers having to wait endless amounts of time only to be told that it's too late and since the store is closing in two hours, "we can't help you"! "Come back tomorrow" they say yet the same thing happens again! Apple Sherway needs to look at their service delivery model and throw it out with the iPhone X! I'll be switching to a different brand when my AppleCare is up!
