  • When they show you the models they make sure you are on the nice side of the complex. Then they move into the other side where they don't mow the grass or keep up the maintenance. Even the security guards say the other side is bad to live on. My neighbors throw all their trash over the balcony and no one has done anything. Worse, I had a mold specialist come in and check the mold in my apartment. When I called the office they had a company who works for them come out and look at it. Told me I was lying about it and trying to make trouble. Refused to give me a name or business card. My son is having breathing problems because of this. Do not move in here!
