  • This was the second HK Style noodle shop we visited on our trip to Toronto. It is very similar to Jim Chai Kee but noticeably different. The menu has more items and the place is cleaner. The noodles do not have a strong alkaline taste but the giant shrimp wontons are better than Jim Chai Kee. The house chili sauce is also really good. I didn't add any to my bowl, but I took a couple spoonfuls from my wife after she urged me to try it a couple times. I personally like the alkaline taste so I would choose Jim Chai Kee over this place but only because of the alkaline taste. If you don't have a preference for the alkaline taste, this would be a better bet because the wontons are HUGE and the bowl is bigger.
