| - Sometimes things will bother you until you get them off your chest. That being said, here is my updated review: I do not want to take away too many stars because the good outweighs the bad here, but just a word of caution. My sprinkler valve box had to be moved approx. 3 feet. Existing wiring was being used. However, instead of adding 3' of wire they just broke the pvc pipe encasing the wire and stretched the wire to fit, leaving the wire exposed to the elements. I did not discover this until i had a large bush trimmed that hid the wire. I contacted Bill and sent him a picture. He acknowledged that the wire should not be exposed and offered to come fix it for $60, plus the wire. He then told me that his people could not have done this as he does not use the kind of connectors that he saw from the pic - but his people USED THE EXISTING WIRE, they didn't have to use a connector at the exposed spot. Had they told me, i would've been happy to pay for additional wire at the time of original service. Also discovered no weed barrier was used on my side yard - now sporting a weed forest. Had i known this, i would've asked for the barrier to be applied on the side. I almost think i shouldn't include my last comment but might as well.... Due to my indecisiveness in where i wanted the plants placed, one of the older workers called me "idiota," which may be true, but he should've tried to keep that under his breath. LOL.
