  • Its been 2 weeks since I provided my contact information to the Business Manager as requested on yelp and I still have not heard anything. I am also still waiting for a phone call from the General Manager. This business is a huge joke. ______________________________________________________ I received a message from Valley Car Group to inquire if my vehicle is still for sale. After exchanging information about the vehicle including the VIN for a carfax report, i was given an offer around $5,500. The following day I called to schedule an appointment to accept the offer and it dropped to $3,000. I am disappointed in my experience with this company. I work with the general public and speak to individuals on a regular basis who are selling their personal vehicles. I was hoping to have a smooth transaction and have a reliable place to send my customers.
