  • Let me start by saying the women to came to our home was great. She was helpful in answering all of my questions. But even told us it's hard to get rid of lice with one treatment. I thought we were protected with the 30 day guarantee. What the owner doesn't tell you is that if you find more bugs they may take 4 days to get back out to see you. Would anyone be ok with leaving bugs on your child head for 4 days??? No apology, no understanding, no professionalism from this women. Please be aware of this before spending so much money on this unreliable company.
