  • MAJOR RIPOFF AND INCOMPETENCE ALERT They only get one star because they did correctly diagnose and repair the problem I was there for. The service adviser (salesman) Anoeil Azar told me that my brakes were dangerously worn out. Since I wasn't experiencing any problems I elected to get a second opinion. Another shop told me that the front brakes were about half used up, and the rear brakes were only 10% used. What Arrowhead Honda did miss was that the front end was misaligned and the tires were dangerously worn on the inside edge of the tread. A first day apprentice would have caught how bad the tires were worn. I won't be going back.
