Dr O'Neil was great. He was willing to stay in the room till all my questions were answered. I have been taking my daughter to specialists for her entire life. There is always a wait. That's a good thing because that means the dr is willing to stay with each patient until it's done. Plus any specialist that works with special needs patients know that anything can happen at an appt. some times my daughter listens and is easy to work with. Other times she isn't and it take twice as much time to get her to comply. A good special needs dr understands that. So as special needs parents who want their kids taken care of well, you need to have patience and allow for all kiddos to be taken care of properly.
I only have a 4 because we have only been to his office 1. And I would probably never give anyone a 5. I would definitely refer Dr O'Neil.
