I bought a lap top from the location by the Chandler mall and had awesome service. Not at all the experience that I had with the "geek squad" at the San Tan Village location. I called ahead and made a reservation to have them look at my lap top (I couldn't get my ipad to sinc with my iTunes). There were a few customers being helped so I waited in line. Neither of the employees acknowledged my presence in line. When it was finally my turn I tried to show the employee what I was seeing when I tried to sinc my ipod. He took about 2 seconds and told me that there was something wrong with my ipod or my cord. I tried to explain to him what I was seeing at home. He cut me off and repeated himself and told me that I needed to go to the Apple store to have them look at it then walked away. It was a waste of time. I have never had a good experience with the geek squad. Sadly, this is the treatment that I have come to expect from the geek squad.
