Just moved in and the only reason I am leaving a review is because I have already been let down repeatedly. My first day moving in I get bit by someone's dog while walking out of the elevator. I later identify the dog and owner and ask for a simple apology but he claimed it wasn't his dog. And since the guy didn't see his dog bite me, staff had informed me that there was nothing they could do about it considering the guy denies it was his dog. Yet I have pictures and scars of 6 teeth digging into my leg with blood coming down my leg. I guess my imaginary dog did that right? Not to mention the staff member we tried mediating with personally knew the guy and as the guy raises his voice at me in the office the staff member asked me to go back to my apartment to cool down. I couldn't believe it. I truly feel like I was given the least righteous option by them. They clearly saw with their own eyes an irresponsible dog owner. This complex looks nice but is very hollow, you can hear your upstairs neighbors with every step they take. There is one elevator in the west building and it has gone out. My girlfriend is a paraplegic and we could not get to our apartment until "maintenance" came from they're home 30min away in Peoria (great guy just not close enough). Handicap parking is typically taken by cars with no placard. Front gate has kept me out numerous times due to beeper malfunctions. And you can almost forget about parking inside the complex after 7pm. And on top of all of that someone stole my $400 nose headphones. Not they're fault but just sucks knowing we have thieves and can't catch them because their cameras only go back 48hours. I am not here to trash anybody hence keeping names out, rather so people can get a better idea of what they're getting into. I am also sorry if I offend any of the staff for I had no other option but to express my concerns publicly.
P.s. If things get better this review will be taken down.
