| - Because of this branch's manager, Ryan Sniezyk, I've been dealing with the corporate hell of trying to get my vehicle repaired after a driver of a rental from this branch struck my truck in a backcountry dirt road of northern Arizona. After the incident, I contacted Ryan at this office, requesting that he flag the renter's return so I can file a claim with Enterprise. He assured me he would handle the situation and that I should not worry, stating to call him back when I returned from my travels. Well, he didn't flag anything. Instead, he closed out the rental agreement, then told me I had to file a claim with MY insurance. All because he dropped the ball on his end. Ever since I've been dealing with EHI, the Enterprise Holding company to get my vehicle repaired. EHI has now kicked me over to the Candian driver who struck my vehicle's insurance company, which is also non-compliant and won't return my calls.
It's been two months of hell and it's because of Ryan's unprofessional handling of this situation that sent me down this spiral of corporate dead-ends. If he would have actually flagged the return and inspected it himself, like he assured me he would, my truck would have been repaired by now. It's a $1,000 repair and it's time Enterprise rectified the situation.
I'll never use Enterprise again.
