Respectfully, I'm not sure why this happens all the time with your service dept but I'm super frustrated with the lack of credibility. In short, received two voice mails and a call from different service coordinator or whatever they are saying my vehicle was ready. Each time I take my precious time to drive down to your service department, they say it's not ready? Three times in one day ladies and gentlemen. This is not only frustrating but unacceptable at best. You cannot promise delivery three different times and not be able to deliver. I would sincerely ask that someone in charge give me a call on this issue and explain to me why this dept is not credible. Top it off, the only empathetic staff you have is Chris Fox who went out of he's way to Chk on my issue and apologized. Rest seem like they could careless and take any ownership on this issue. This is simply disappointing given this is not the first time. I guess I'm a fool to have hope that it would chg and continue to attempt to do biz with your company.
