  • Let me start off by saying that I am true to the Ford Co. . I've only owned Ford vehicles my entire life with the exception of one Chevy for about 3 months. The Bob Gillingham Ford location on Brookpark Rd. has made me question whether this American run company is taking to the ways of their competition in the East by taking advantage of its customers by not providing quality products or services. On more than one occasion this particular location has taken advantage of my elderly father. Two separate times , they had quoted him a price before starting the job and quoted him a higher price after the job was completed. On one occasion they told him that he needed a part that had gone bad. I took it to two other Ford Dealerships and they said there was no need for replacement. I feel they attempted to intimidate him into making repairs. In one instance when I stopped up to check on a repair with him I noticed that the invoice reflected a charge for a part the mechanics damaged. Once again they took no responsibility for their actions....
