I ordered the 1/2 sandwich (tuna on a bagel) and soup (chicken noodle) combo for delivery. The sandwich was stink and gross. I am unable to describe, but it turned my stomach. I ordered the onion rings (instead of the fruit salad since the fruit had an upcharge). After my food is delivered, I get a text telling me to check my email. In the email, I was informed that they were charging me extra ($3) for ordering onion rings. Which, by the way, were soggy, greasy, inedible and packed into a plastic container clearly not meant for onion rings.
Did I mention that I was charged extra AFTER the food arrived?
The chicken noodle soup tasted delicious and fresh and it's the only reason that they didn't just get 1 star. Oh...and they didn't bring any silverware (or napkins), so I just consumed the soup as though it was a drink and used some chopsticks I had on hand for the veggies and noodles.
I will not order from NYBnB again. Maybe it's better if you dine in, but I'll never find out.
