  • I walked in and signed the list then asked the woman at the desk about the electronic sign in. Clearly she DID NOT want to be there, with her poker face she just pointed, spoke not a word. NICE start. I signed in, obviously there was some issue as the lab tech was signing people in while "Po face" sat doing something!? My appt was at 8:30 so when it was 14 mins AFTER my time I went and asked Po face how late they were running, with the same miserable face she said "5 MINUTES." Really but its already 14 mins PAST my time. I needed to do a urine sample, alas NO CUPS. So i asked Po face and was given 1 cup. So Labcorp clearly some of your staff are miserable, can't say hello or even be polite, in addition they are clearly NOT keeping an eye on any clock, they shout out your name Yes FULL NAME(Ever heard of HIPAA) Supplies of cups and staff seem to be POOR. I finally got called 29 minutes late(and I had an appt) Have your staff ever been trained to let CUSTOMERS KNOW they are running late(It's not difficult) Please tell me why the hell I would think of going to that place ever again?
