  • I can not be more pleased! We had our kitchen sink back up out of the blue and we thought it would be a huge ordeal. Checked Yelp and found Pure Plumbing. I took a chance and called for an appointment and estimate. The customer service was stellar! They gave me a next day time and the tech was right on time. They sent a text to tell me he was on his way and less than 10mins later he was at my door. The spot window was 1-3pm and he arrived at 1:10! Tim was the technician and he was extraordinary. Diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I agree and he left to get parts and was back within 30 mins. He worked very clean and was very transparent about what he was doing. He did a professional job and showed me everything. I am so impressed and will recommend Pure Plumbing again. Request Tim if you can!!! What a relief!!!!
