  • I set a FIRST TIME appointment he same day and they said they could fit me in. I was on the other side of town, but felt it was important that I go so after driving 35 minutes in traffic to arrive on time at 4pm, the place looked closed. The sign on front said that the Tuesday Thursday appointments are at a different location about 20 minutes away from this one. Nobody told me this when the appointment was set and when I called they said it was too late for me to come in. He also didn't have a very good attitude about it. I have no experience with Dr. Ran so this is not a reflection of her. She seems great.
