  • Maintenance is very iffy. Security is non existing have had car stolen twice. Mold in and on walls from upstairs units overflowing bathtub or toilet. Air Conditioner has been replaced 5 times and counting. Funiture is cheap, old and broken. Rugs stink, rotten and torn....need replacement. Every building has drug dealers , users, pimps and prostitutes. That's the truth about staying in the HARBOR ISLAND APARTMENTS
