  • I had a friend put on new sway bar links and new tire rods, and my alignment was off and there was a squeal and chirp when I turned corners, so calling around my husband chose that we should go to Conrad's, they have bizarre parking areas like 3 parking spaces in front and where the employs park in back.... gave them my info, car info, and gave them my husbands number to call. We walked around the mall, 2 hours later we called for a status report, it had been ready for a while.... thanks for the call to let us know (sarcasm) we get back we were quoted 79 for alignment and 100 for a road test (diagnostic) *little steep but ok*. And the "master tech" had the deflated balls to say that my tires were to to blame for it and that we needed new ones.... um no... so we shelled out the 200 dollars I was expecting about 190 with tax........ but I won't be returning. Hell I'd drive 9 hours in and unsafe car back to va (where I'm from before I moved) before i EVER go back there ... highway robbers.
