  • Went on this tour in the month of May with my brother and we had the best time. Initially I thought I wouldn't be able to go and 2 wks before the activity I cancelled and got a full refund without a problem, but then I just booked with them again. I wore comfortable loose clothes with sneakers. I was happy I didn't wear shorts because that sand/dirt definitely gets everywhere. I confirmed my pickup from my hotel on the day before and we met right on time. The drive was about 15-25 minutes from The Exalibur to the spot where all the action would take place. As soon as you arrive you are given a run down (the bushes are your bathroom) and you are provided with ALL of the gear you will need (gloves, mask, helmet) and snacks when you are done (water, beer, chips, i think i saw granola bars, and complimentary face wipes). There were 3 guys in total running this activity. One was in charge of helping out with the equipment and he stayed behind. During the activity there was 2. One led the group while the other stayed behind, most likely for stragglers like me. I have no driving experience and was very anxious from the beginning and honestly dreaded it the first 15min. I was at the end of the pack (to the point I couldn't see anybody ahead of me). However, after those first few minutes and with the guidance and patience of the staff member in the back I knew I would be okay and was able to enjoy myself. When I couldn't see anybody ahead of me he went to my side and directed me on where to go. He also noticed I was having problems starting up my ATV and switched with me (some ATVS require a trick to start up again). Not once did I feel rushed by their staff. My brother was ahead of me the entire time. By the second hour I was a lot more comfortable and am happy to say I was able to keep up. We went on so many different types of trails (rocky, smooth, hill-like) and got to do different things with the ATV (standing while riding it, maneuvering hilly areas where we were required to lean more to one side than the other). This easily could have turned into a bad experience with the way it began, but because of the staff's reassurance and initiative to be safe while having fun, I was able to have fun. I would definitely recommend them and would go again if I'm ever in Vegas.
