rev:text	I went sent to him after being knocked off a ladder at work. He kept insisting my broken arm was from when I was six years old and the massive bump on my head was, "Not why we are here. We are here about your arm." direct quote. He sent me to a physical therapist that specializes in broken arms. I guess she didn't get CCMSI's memo saying to commit malpractice because the therapist said that based on swelling, tenderness, redness, there was no way it was pre-existing, especially not from 13 years previous. I told Mashhood what the therapist said and he said, "They do not know what they are talking about. They go to school for two months and they are done. We are done now, you are better, you don't need to come back.", direct quotes but there was a break in between the two sentences. I asked what doctor I was supposed to see and he said that the insurance would no longer cover me because I was better. I had a broken arm for three years before I was finally able to have SURGERY!!! He couldn't have just set it and tossed a cast on it? So now I'm left with a messed up arm that will never work right. Remember, I broke my arm AND had a massive bump on my head. After that, I started getting stars in my visions periodically. Now, in the past few years, I have developed chronic migraines, probably because of his inaction, but my doctors now won't... or can't say one way or the other, only saying they don't know what causes migraines. I have read other peoples bad reviews of Mashhood. Either he needs to have his medical license taken away, or he needs to be... removed for the good of all mankind.
