The staff is super enthusiastic and positive. They make you feel good for giving your all no matter what your all looks like. There is high energy music and a feeling of camaraderie. Now having said all that, this is probably the hardest workout you'll ever do. It's nonstop. I had an asthma attack my first class. You will need to prepare.
