Longest wait ever. This is the second time I'm here and it's gonna be another 3-hour visit. They definitely don't seem to have a sense of urgency considering that my cat is in pain. The previous time my dog had an allergic reaction and we waited the same amount of time.
Update: they didn't bother to give an update on how long it's going to take. Finally at midnight I asked how much longer until we are seen ( note that they took my cat in the back and kept him there for 2 hours without doing anything). The receptionist checked with the dr and I was told it would at least 30 more minutes to wait and then additional time for blood work and x-rays. Long story short I got my cat and left after 3 hours of waiting. I took him to our regular vet in the morning and he is fine now.
Will not be going to that location again.
