I wish I could give the company as a whole negative stars. I called and they verified that I'm not getting a signal to my modem. The rep ended up telling me that they'd have to schedule a technician to come check on it. If the problem is outside of my apartment, there's no charge. If the wiring inside is bad (which they had to have done initially and someone else had to have paid for) they are going to charge me. If it's the modem (that I bought from them) they are going to charge me. BUT I could pay $7 a month in insurance and wouldn't have to pay for their bad wiring or their faulty equipment. These people are crooks. I'll be terminating my service tomorrow.
