I am buying my third sleep number bed and spending $7000 for it. I bought a new I10 which was back ordered for five weeks, which was OK. They called me on Friday to confirm delivery on Tuesday. On Monday night AFTER 5 o'clock and tearing my entire bedroom suit a part they call and tell me the bed is delayed another three weeks because the distribution center doesn't have "all of the parts". They claimed to have called. No missed calls no voicemail. It wasn't until my sons have been home all day waiting for the delivery that I called sleep number only to find out when they would not be there.
I cannot believe this fiasco and the lack of customer service and communication.
I used to sing this company's praises but now I am no longer doing so. I think they've grown too big to become effective in the reliable delivery of their products.
For the money you pay their communication/service is HORRIBLE!!
