  • We've been coming here for almost 10 years. They used to be amazing. They have been going steadily downhill, and recently they've stopped even trying. The receptionist acts as though she has better things to do, while not listening to you spell you name over and over, then claiming they have no record of you, while your wounded pet whimpers beside you. The vets are kind, but their support staff need a few lessons in kindness.
