  • When I lived here I lived in what was so lovingly called the "palm" floor plan style apartment. Basically, it was a janitor's closet with a kitchen. Big enough to have a walled off bathroom and bedroom, but really would've been a better studio apartment. There were constant management changes, which wouldn't have been bad if any of the new management were better than those who came before them, but nothing ever improved. Prices were jacked up, broken facilities went unrepaired, and the pools were shut down frequently due to...bio hazards. While I lived in this little slice of paradise (not!) there was also an issue with stray cats, which made many sections of the complex...smell. A lot. Two thumbs down. ALL the way down.
