  • I used Roadside Assistance so you never know what kind of company will come to help you. Lucky for me, I had Johnny from Professional Towing and Recovery come and help with my flat tire. I would definitely use them again if I needed a towing company. They called with status updates on where they were and came within an hour to assist. Johnny was very courteous and an overall nice guy. He walked through each step with me on what he was doing and when he realized the car had a spare (not sure why the insurance company did not think it had one), he showed me how to use all those tools hidden in the back of an SUV to release the tire and replace it. He went above and beyond making sure that insurance would cover everything and on such a hot day, really went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I would highly recommend them.
