  • They have come by the house three times to measure one window. The excuses are vast why the window can't be replaced in a timely manner. It has been over a week and I'm still waiting on Kelly's. After the week and half delay they finally gave me a solid install date that was 4 days away. Called another glass company, they are replacing the window in the morning. There are a lot of glass companies out there, find one that does the job in a timely manner.
