  • STAY AWAY!! If I could I would give this company a negative number. One of the worst experience I has while on my trip to Las Vegas. I book this tour a week in advance along with my 5 other friends. So the price for all of us were up to $1,000. I booked with Rosie on the phone. One the day of the trip, I was waiting for the bus on the North side of the Mirage hotel at 6:00 am. My friends went to get coffee from a place right inside the hotel near the exit. The bus arrive at 6:12 am. I stood by the door and ask the bus driver to wait a few minutes for my friends who were walking back out. The bus driver, whose name I wasn't able to get, was so rude and immediately told me she can't wait past 6:15 am, it was not 6:15 am yet. The driver closed the bus door on my face despite my plead to wait because we pay a lot of money for the trip and we were coming from a long distance, New York. Lady showed no compassion and speed off. Immediately I called Rosie and she told me they bus can't wait even if it's early. She was extremely rude as well and shared that the company will not refund us and that if we get to the terminal by 7:30 am we can still make the tour. Basically taking our money without giving us any services back. When I asked for her supervisor name, Rosie shared that there is no supervisor and after a little a hassle from me, she shared that her supervisor is Phil and gave me no last name and hung up the phone. Me and friends decided to go to the terminal and we got there by 7:24am. However when we got to the terminal, again the bus left us. We went to the office to speak to Rosie and she reported that she told us to get there by 7am. A blunt lie. I inform her that she was lying and she shared that the conversation is recorded and when my friend informed her to put the recording on so we can hear, Rosie reported that the recording is only for the company to hear. At the end of this, the company refuse to refund 6 customer who paid over 1000 in total and travel a long distance for the tour! Along with that, they treated us like garbage. Rosie make Trump look a nicer person! I never been treated so badly and I am from New York! I plan to tell my friends and family to stay away from this place! If you value your money, time and want respect, stay away from here. Go to another company or rent a car!
