  • Nulawn was sub contracted by my contractor to move my irrigation valve box 6 feet so I could have a master bed and bath addition added to my home. He ended up replacing all of the valves and moving the boxes as he was asked but made no mention of any pipes needing to be moved. At my request the contractor asked him to come back out and turn off the valves that ran station underneath the new foundation. But he refused to come back out. After multiple attempts to reach him he failed to respond. Now the addition is done and the sloppy Work he did resulted in three cracked lines running underneath the new addition foundation. Not only do I now have to fix all of the lines due to his negligence it's going to end up costing me far more than it should. If a job is too small or out of your league don't accept it unless you're going to do it with integrity and do it right. Avoid this company and their sloppy work, unless you want a sinkhole to develop on your property.
